Upgrade from your Orbit dashboard. You'll sign in first so the subscription is attached to your account, then finish on our payment provider's secure hosted checkout. Manage or cancel it from the billing portal in your dashboard.
In the iOS app
Subscribe from Settings inside the Orbit app for iPhone and iPad. Apple handles that subscription — it's billed to your Apple Account, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. Same price, same Pro features.

No. There is no free trial, because Orbit's free plan is the trial — it never expires. Upgrade to Pro when you want the Pro features, and cancel any time.
Two places, for the same price. On the web you upgrade from your Orbit dashboard, which takes you to our payment provider's secure checkout. In the Orbit iOS app you can subscribe through the App Store, where Apple handles the subscription, billing and cancellation. Either way you get the same Orbit Pro.
So the subscription lands on the right account. Orbit attaches a purchase to the Orbit user who was signed in when the checkout was created — it never guesses from the email typed at checkout, because that would let a payment be attached to someone else's account. You need the account to use what you bought anyway.
Yes, any time. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from the billing portal linked in your Orbit dashboard. If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel in your Apple subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you subscribed on the web, you can ask for a full refund within 15 days of being charged, for your first payment or a renewal — email us from your account's address and our payment provider refunds your original payment method. If you subscribed in the iOS app, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy, and you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
No. Your tasks, projects and clients stay exactly as they are. The Pro-only features simply lock again, and documents you export get the Orbit watermark back.
